WCI EPS Compound are lightweight, rigid beads produced from expandable polystyrene, typically in the size range of 4–6 mm with a density of 12–14 g/L. They are fire-retardant, contain 5–7% pentane as a blowing agent, and exhibit very low moisture content (0.2–0.5%). WCI EPS Compound provide excellent thermal insulation, acoustic damping, and shock-absorption properties. They are easy to process through molding and extrusion, offering uniform cell structure, dimensional stability, and recyclability, making them a sustainable and cost-effective raw material.
