Grade
WCI LDPE 1922

WCI LDPE 1922 is a high-flow injection grade providing short cycle times, excellent moldability, and balanced rigidity/impact. It is widely used for household items, toys, closures, and industrial components where dimensional accuracy and surface finish are critical.

LDPE Injection Molding is a manufacturing process in which Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resin is melted and injected into a mold cavity under controlled pressure to produce lightweight, flexible, and durable plastic parts. Thanks to its excellent flow characteristics, low processing temperature, and good impact resistance, LDPE is well suited for molding complex shapes with smooth surface quality and consistent dimensions.
